	How to Use Dampen a cotton ball with Balancing Toner. Apply to face with gentle upward strokes, avoiding contact with eyes. Can be used in the morning and at night after cleansing with Moisturizing Cleanser or Exfoliating Cleanser. If used in the morning, follow with application of either our Day Face Cream or Day Face Cream with SPF 15. If used at night, follow with application of Night Face Cream.
